I bought two packs of these cards for Christmas three years ago for two elderly women who could use some encouragement. I knew one of them would enjoy the cards herself and eventually begin sharing them inside birthday and Christmas cards. The other woman, who was in my care, enjoyed them until she passed away two years later. She would occasionally take them out and read through them. After she passed, I began giving the cards to my home dog boarding and daycare clients by placing one inside their food or supply bags.
