God Is Above started the way most meaningful things do, not with a business plan, but with a belief.

In 2021, a husband and wife sat together with a simple idea: bring Scripture into everyday life in a way that felt personal, tangible, and beautiful. That idea became our first Handmade Bible Verses Jar, hand-folded notes, each carrying a word of God, tucked inside a jar meant to be reached into whenever someone needed comfort, strength, or a reminder that they are not alone.

What started in a small space with two pairs of hands has grown into something neither of us could have imagined. To date, we've delivered over 300,000 Bible jars to homes, churches, and families around the world, making us one of the largest handmade Bible jar makers on the planet. Millions of people have held one of our products in their hands. Hundreds of thousands of children have smiled because of them. And every single day, we hear from someone whose faith was renewed, strengthened, or found for the very first time through something we made with love.
